Cheers, Cavanaugh Blogfest

It's time for the Cheers, Cavanaugh Blogfest!  Today our esteemed Ninja Captain Alex J. Cavanaugh will surely die of embarrassment, but that won't stop us from expressing our gratitude!  This event is hosted by four bloggers who also possess an epic level of awesomeness: Morgan Shamy, Mark "Madman" Koopmans, Stephen Tremp, and David Powers King.

Task One: Describe what Alex looks like.
A shadow.  He jumps from shadow to shadow like they're connected by wormholes.  If you see a shadow, he's there.

Task Two: Who could play Alex in a documentary? (Living or dead)
Clive Owen.  Why?  Because he's a great actor, and I like him.

Task Three: Who does Alex remind you of?
Q from the Star Trek universe.  He appears out of nowhere, and he appears omnipotent in his blogging prowess.

Task Four: Write a piece of flash fiction of about 100 words using the following propmts: Cavanaugh, Ninja, IWSG, Cosbolt, Guitar.

The Creator Known as Cavanaugh

There is a ninja.  His name is spoken in whispers throughout the blogosphere.  Cavanaugh.  The word is uttered with reverence, for his assistance is legendary.

He is sustained through the power of creation, and in helping others to create.  He gave life to the IWSG, where writers purge their insecurities.

His powers of creation resonate through the universe.

His imagination filled blank pages with ink, and this ink brought to life a Cosbolt pilot named Byron.  We adventure with Byron through realms of fiction.

With a guitar strapped to his shoulder, the ninja sends sweet sounds into the cosmos.

Task Five:  Thank Mrs. Cavanaugh for sharing.
A ninja keeps busy as his duties are numerous.  Thanks to Mrs. Cavanaugh for sharing her amazing husband with the world.  Your sacrifices are appreciated, and you are surely the supportive, awesome partner a Ninja Captain deserves.

Now spread the love by jumping around to the other tributes to the ridiculously cool Ninja Captain Alex J. Cavanaugh!

  14. Woah! I'm really digging the template/theme of this website. It's simрle,
yet effeсtivе. A lot of times it's challenging to get that "perfect balance" between superb usability and appearance. I must say you have done a awesome job with this. In addition, the blog loads super fast for me on Safari. Excellent Blog!
