Celebrate the Small Things-December 4, 2015 and Self-Help 101 Blog Tour Day #4

It's Friday!  Let's Celebrate the Small Things with Lexa Cain!  Tonja Drecker and I are her co-hosts.

I'll start off by celebrating the obvious.  For those of you who've been around recently, you'll know that I released a novella this week.  Self-Help 101 or: How I Learned to Take Over the World Through Tolerating My Family is now available.  M.J. Fifield is hosting me for my blog tour today, so be sure to stop by if you can.  If you're interested in getting a copy of the book, you can go HERE to find all the purchase links. You can also enter below to win a free copy.

I'm also celebrating because my son Jude has a concert at school next Thursday.  He's so excited, and he's been practicing all of his songs for days.

Lyle's sprained foot is doing a lot better.  He still has a bit of a limp, but it doesn't seem to be bothering him all that much anymore.

Writing continues to go well, and I'm looking forward to eventually getting some Christmas shopping done.  I'm a terrible procrastinator when it comes to that sort of thing, so wish me luck!

What would you like to celebrate?

  7. Congrats on your book! It's funny you mention your son practicing for his concert because it reminds me of my son's first holiday concert when he was 3...he was the kid that just stood there like a statue LOL But he certainly looked cute as can be in his little angel wings!

  8. Congratulations. That's awesome! I didn't know you had something new out. I'm trying to see how much of my Christmas shopping I can do online. So far, so good--but I had to actually venture into a store to buy gift wrap, bows, and gift tags this week!
