Blogspiration 3: To Do List

There are always lists of things we need to do in life.  Most of them are serious things that must be done, and I understand that.  Sometimes we have to take life seriously.

At the same time, we need to make sure we take the time to have a little fun.  This came to mind when I saw this To Do List on Facebook.  I just had to share it with you.

I majored in Philosophy in college, alongside my major in Writing, so of course #5 is a little bit of an ouch.  At the same time, my philosophical way of thinking has impacted my writing in a very real way, so it isn't a waste.  It's good to be able to look at everyday things and feel the magic of asking "Why?"  It reminds me of the wonder of being a child and seeing everything with fresh eyes.

That aside, maybe we should all write this kind of fun list.  Errands aren't the only things in life that warrant a list.  If we all consider having fun as important to our daily lives as the more mundane activities, we'll all be a little happier.
